Johku's Availability Search directly answers the customer's questions. The availability search will bring up the items that are available or the results of a free search. The merchant also has the opportunity to make additional sales as the search brings a comprehensive range of products to the customer's attention.
The availability search is available to all Johku merchants. You can either enable search only for availability or free text search - or use both.
The availability search will bring up all the products that have been selected to be shown in the search. The customer selects the date range and, if desired, the booking duration and number of participants. Johku narrows the search results according to the customer's choices.
If you are using the free text search function in Availability Search, you can set recommended products to appear in the search via the product category selection. These recommendations will be displayed to the customer before entering the search term.
The availability search can also be linked to a product category. In this case, the customer can search for available items from the specific product category displayed in your store.
Through the Johku settings, you can create a Search widget with an embed code that allows you to display the Availability Search on a site outside of Johku.
The availability search will also list products from other Johku merchants in your sales channel, if they have been selected in the availability search to be displayed in that merchant's own store. The power of cooperation!
Pre-selected keywords can be attached to the search to help guide and speed up the customer's search process.
