With Johku, you manage the availability and capacity of the resources you reserve, such as individual rooms and rental equipment. For resources to be purchased as quantities, there is a stock balance and a unit selector that allows you to define the balance for a specific volume or weight, for example.
In Johku, you control the maximum and minimum capacity of an individual room, rental equipment or other similar resource to be reserved, on a per-resource basis. Capacity settings and their changes directly affect the availability of the products in which the resource is assigned.
You can allow simultaneous reservation of the capacity of the resource to be reserved. This allows different customers to make reservations to the same resource for the same time period within the capacity, for example for open excursions, transport and public events.
You can set additional capacity for the resources to be reserved, which allows you to sell more than the maximum capacity on the maintenance side. This helps in situations where a group or similar can take a few extra seats even if the group is already technically sold out.
With simple resources, you have a stock balance, which is automatically reduced when a product is purchased. When the stock balance runs out, the product will not be available for purchase until the stock balance is increased. You can also switch the stock completely off, so that the product is always available.
The default unit for resources of the simple products is piece. But you can also use units of measurement, weight and volume that are more appropriate for specific products. In the product settings, you can specify the sales unit, i.e. how many stock units are included in the price.
You can change the maximum capacity of an individual resource to be reserved or the stock balance of a simple resource by editing the value directly from the Resources list. If you wish, you can create separate lists for reservable resources and stockable resources.
Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
