With Johku, you can track and manage reservations in real time. You can directly see which product and resource a booking is linked to and for which period. If necessary, you can change the time of the booking or move the booking to another resource.
You can track your store's reservation status in real-time on the Product Reservations timeline. You can define which product reservations you want to monitor. You can choose between setting the timeline to monitor either hourly or daily reservations. If needed, you can create multiple timelines to manage different products in your store.
From the timeline, you can easily create a reservation and order for a customer by clicking or painting a free date on the timeline. In the same booking you can take multiple resources from the same product.
Agenda lists the starting, ongoing and ending reservations for the products you want for up to one month. With Agenda's Check-in and Check-out functionality, you can register your customers as arrivals and departures, for example for accommodation. Agenda also serves as a good checklist for participants, for example for excursions and transfers.
In Johku, you can also create resource-only reservations where an item is closed for maintenance or your own reservation. These resource reservations do not generate any product linkage, order, sales or communication to the customer and are not included in reporting.
Johku's Reservation List automatically lists all your shop reservations in their own rows, including resource maintenance reservations. You can see the resources booked, the date, the product and the name of the customer.
Reservation details are also displayed directly on the customer's order and receipt, and you can see directly what resources are booked for the customer and for what period.
You can edit reservations via a timeline, a booking list, an order or a receipt. The timeline allows you to easily move a reservation from one resource to another or to another available time. If the booking has already been paid and the move affects the price, you can use Johku's Handle as prepayment functionality to process the order further.
In Johku, you can manually check your customers in and out yourself and attach customer communications to this, for example in the form of SMS messages. You can also automate this process and offer it to your customers as a self-service, for example directly to their mobile phone.
With Johku, it is possible to build a process for online table reservations and meal selections in advance, which are processed at the restaurant until payment. The process can also be embedded with a variety of communication to enhance the customer service experience.
