By customising management interfaces, significant benefits and streamlining of work processes can be achieved.

The management views, i.e. the user interfaces, adapt to the needs and situations of the merchant. You can modify an existing view and create new interfaces, for example for different branches or for specific users.

Use administration in different languages

You can use Johku in several languages. You can change the language of the Johku interface so that it applies to all users  as a general setting or alternatively each user can choose the language individually as a user-specific setting.

Customise to your liking

In Johku you decide what is displayed in the UI menu and what functions are opened. Everything is customizable. The editing tool in the menu allows you to edit the current interface directly.

Create new ones as needed

There is no limit to the number of interfaces. You can create new interfaces for different branches, cash desks, people, etc., and assign the functionality you want to each of them. You can create separate interfaces for, for example, viewing booking status and selling products.

User-specific interfaces

By default, each new user is automatically generated with their own interface based on Johku's default generic interface. You can remove or add functionality from this user specific interface, and if necessary, for example, prevent orders from being placed and edited.

Restrict access to a specific device

It is possible to lock the interface to a specific browser on a specific device. In this case, the same Johku interface will always be displayed in the browser of the device, regardless of the user ID used to log in.

Manage the use of the payment terminal and printers

The interface is also used to configure the use of the payment terminal and external printers. If you use an integrated payment terminal in Johku, you can "command" the same payment terminal through several different interfaces.

Customise for different devices

Johku is responsive, meaning it adapts to different screen sizes. However, you can create interfaces where you set up functionality optimised for a specific device screen size.

Self-service user interfaces for unmanned points of sale

In Johku, you can set the interface as a self-service interface. In a self-service interface, only the card payment is available and you cannot edit the prices of the products. With a self-service interface, you can sell products at points of sale where there are no staff operating the cash register.

Button maps

In Johku, several self-defined button maps can be created to facilitate and speed up work and sales at POS. If required, you can create button maps even per cash desk or per user.

Upcoming features

Johku is constantly evolving through the ideas of merchants. You can find new features under development in the Johku Ecosystem. You can also submit your own ideas to our Idea Register, where they will be evaluated and transferred to the development process.
